if i take green tea pills before i go to practice will it help increase my endurance faster than i would without said green tea pills?

also do they help weightloss?

As far as I know, green tea helps you lose weight because it boosts your metabolism.
However, I do not believe green tea helps with endurance. It’s mainly known for being high in antioxidants.

Okay, heres the deal, i am an 18 yr old female, i know that diet pills are bad for you, and i know that starving yourself is quite dangerous and sometimes fatal, but if i cared about that, i wouldnt be asking this question.

I want to know what the best kind of over the counter diet pills are, like some kind you can buy at wallmart.

i also want to know if starving yourself will really make you lose weight, i need to lose atleast 20 pounds, and fast,.

so please dont waste your time tellling be how bad this is, just get to the point and answer my question.

Well okay, I will try to help you out ..
Ever heard of the master cleanse? I would highly recommend it.
The only reason I say this is because it sounds like your doing this for an occasion and the master cleanse gets the pounds off quick but once you start eating regular again it will all come back ..

I don't suggest starvation by any means, but if you do the master cleans you will atleaste be getting some of the nutrition that you need to go day by day .. people have youtube blogs too about their days and progress. That may help.

When I did this diet I think I lost 14 pounds in 11 days?
So yeah .. give it a try ..
Oh yes it's also known as the lemonaid diet ..

I am overweight, and I was wondering if there are any tips that anyone can give me. I would like to lose 50 pounds or more. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

1. choose an activity or exercise that u could do for the rest of your life. like 2 to 3x a week of running or walking at least 30 mins. i suggest walking since study shows that there's no significant difference between the two.

2. decrease your caloric intake.

3. small but frequent meals and dont starved yourself.

studies also shows that people who loose weight fast bec of drastic change in their lifestyle tends to gain it back bec they go back to their old habbit.

eat more protein them carbs for your first meal. if you don't eat enough protein you stop burning fat. eat atleast 60grams of protein a day i've did it for 2 and 1/2 weeks i've lost 16 pounds

is it laxitives,bulemia,water pills or a combination of all three?if i do all three how much and how fast weight will i lose?

I use to have anorexia, and it sucked.

You must adjust the time it is not the same as running since you are not supporting your body weight.

I wanna lose some weight so im just wondering wut are some good ways to do that?

drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day, eat small healthy snacks between meals (banana, apple, yogurt, etc) and try to get 20-30 minutes of exercise each day. try to eat fruits or veggies at every meal

I weigh (about) 130. I want to be down to 100-105 pounds, do you think that’s too little? Also whats the best and fastest way to lose weight? I am 5 feet 4 and just turned 17.

I would recommend something simpler (no major cardio stuff) but try this out: for a couple of weeks, eat your dinner an hour or 90 minutes earlier. Keep at least 2-3 hours between your last meal and bedtime.

Also, increase your intake of water.

Measure your weight at the same time each day: for example may as soon as you wake up and finish your mornings nature calls or after a shower and before breakfast? this will help you measure your weight in a consistent manner (not after lunch sometimes, or just before going to bed).

This is as simple as it can get! You should see some difference that can encourage you to do more!

i need quick ways to lose weight in my thighs, tone stomach, and i have a chubby face. i am 13 and weigh 107lbs. but i have a recital coming in August and i have to wear short shorts and tight shirt. dont tell me im not fat, i just need quick simple diet and exercises i can at home. I have considered Balemia but can't bring myself to do it….yet
Im 5ft tall and 13 NOT CONSIDERING DRUGS! and ive tried not eating but i passed out.
I NEED TIPS ON LOSING WEIGHT! I WONT NEED A DISORDER IF YOU HELP WITH THAT…I CANT GO OUT AND BUY EQUIPTMENT IM 13 (again) AND I CANT HAVE A STRICT DIET OR HEAVY WORKOUT ROUTINE. I HAVE SCHOOL TO WORRY ABOUT

You don't weigh that much at all but if you want to lose weight here is a few tips!!! okay i am on a diet too and it was hard for me too start this! first of all DON'T go bulimic or anorexic i am the same age as you and i have considered it but i found out that it is life threatening and if you would ever want to get married someday you would have a hard time having children! Also don't lose the weight to fast because you can gain it back way faster than if you just lose the weight properly!

1) get a calculator and type in you weight and times that by 12 and that is how many calories you should eat every day!
2) exercise 45-60 min a day and give you body a rest if it sore!
3) write down everything you eat and how many calories you eat a day!

P.S. it was hard for me to start doing this but i got it going after couple of days but i just started and i am feeling much better!!!
