Okay so i just started a competition with some co workers to see who can loose the most weight in 3 months! need some tips please if you know any or like an actually meal plan something affordable and eatable plzzz help!! i am 23 years old weigh about 165lbs and im 5.4" tall.
You are def gonna want to start an intensive cardio routine. Let's say you run or jog 3-4 days a week. I used to burn 300 calories in 30 minutes and 600 calories if I stayed on the treadmill for an hour. Interval training is best and it's really easy. On the treadmill for the first minute just walk. Then for the next 2 or 3 minutes kick up your speed to 3.5 and then walk a minute and then kick it up for 6.0 and once you burn 100 calories in 10 minutes your doing great. I would burn the 100 calories in 8 minutes so I would have 2 minutes of walking so I could rest and catch my breathe and drink some water. I used to do this and it works. You don't want to hustle and bust your butt by running too fast cuz you tire out more easily. Anyway I would start some kind of cardio such as running or even that eliptical machine and you got to do it for 30-45 minutes a day I would say. Your 23, same as me, so you should be fine. On your day off go to Barnes and Noble and just read some books in the section diet and exercise.. they got some really good books and I spent 2 hours there the other day just reading. it's relaxing to be there, without a tv or a phone or parents bf etc bugging you,, just you alone.. in peace.. and reading the books is very motivating.. there is a book called skinny chicks.. or the secret of skinny chicks and another called skinny bitch.. and they tell you what they eat, what they do for work outs etc. That is the best advice I would give. They will give you really good meal ideas breakfast lunch and dinner. Along with the cardio, you will want to do strength exercises as well.. look up you tube for different arm exercises such as tri ceps. there are like 3 good moves for your tri ceps alone. I understand your intentions for wanting to lose weight. I was 165 pregnant and I am 5'1… I lost most of it now and I am 127 but for my height I want to be around 120-125.
