I really want to lose 30 pounds and only have a month to do it. Do you have any tips and/or recipes to help me accomplish this task?

i used to be really skinny then doctors said i need more iron so my mom brought some kids vitamins and some kind of way they made me eat more [ i was about 12 yrs old] and i got really big. I didn’t want to be big so i stop eating for a day then and lost like 5 pounds by playing outside. but i really think i lost most the weight because i join my city football team for about 1 month and since i was still growing the fat turned to muscle big i did loss about 15 pounds in 1 month, not eating can make you more bigger because when you start back eating you just getting fatter [ someting like that but thats why they say never just stop eating, but it worked for me i guess]

I weigh 125 and i want to get down to 100 buy agust 13 how can i loose weight quick?

drugs.

four pills.

1 weekend.

10 kilos lighter.

Dont do drugs.

Just exceercise reguarly and stick to healthy foods.

Okay I wanna lose alot of weight before school starts, but I also don’t want to lose any of my muscle. So I guess what I’m trying to say is how do I get rid of all the fat weight real fast?

(And please do not recomend any of those diet plans you buy.)

I think you should jog every morning around your house or a block. then you should watch what you eat like less fatty thing and less junk food. I hope this helps you!

I really feel that i need to lose some weight before school starts
but i really hate dieting cause its just too much of a hassle and it never works out for me
so please help me out that would bee thee best thing!

Eat breakfast, yes it does help.
Do not snack.
Eat a big breakfast a light lunch and a light dinner.
Get enough sleep
Exercise.

Yes all of those are proven to help lose weight.

or its sister question, “Can I lose XX amount of pounds by this date?” In this video, I respond to the other most popular question by new people starting the Atkins Diet. I am always concerned when I see these types of questions in that the poster perhaps is looking for a quick answer to their weightloss problem. In my opinion that quick answers are often wrong or temporary answers at best.

Sure, it’s natural to have goals and use them to motivate you. It’s also natural to be curious to see how much you will lose on Induction (typically 5-10% of your total weightloss goal). Where it goes astray is that it focuses on the weight loss as being the most important part, and does not acknowledge the equally important question of what do I have to learn during Induction.

In the end, I hope everyone achieves their goal as quickly as they desire it if possible, but if not, I hope they realize how far they have come from where they were and are motivated by that rather than be negative about missing the date.

oops weight went up. I have started eating whatever I want now, just to see how I feel. I feel wonderful, even though I started eating things like pizza again( almost a whole pie at one sitting). The taste of food is much better, even during the whole week - not just after the fast is broken.
I had three bagels with cream cheese and butter this morning. Delicious.
It is comforting to know that even though I eat whatever I want, whenever I want when I an not fasting, the weight does not balloon like it did when I did other diets. If I want, I could fast a second day during the week and the weight will go down.

April 29, 2008
Weight was 254.5 after fast on Monday. I am now fasting two days during the week for last 2 weeks. Weight has come down, but slowly. I am still eating very high caloric food, such as whipped cream, birthday cake, etc. It is some kind of karmic thing, I guess. But my waistline continues to contract. I had to drill some holes in my belts, as they no longer held up my pants. Two other facts stand out.My stomach has shrunk considerably. I cannot eat two baked potatoes at a sitting, as I could before. I was extremely full after 1. So I guess this is the cheap alternative to stomach stapling.

The second thing I noticed was my skin texture changed to a much smoother feel. I did not notice this effect with the weekly fast. I do know that the skin does get rid of toxins through the skin. Perhaps this effect is due to the continued fasting rather than the 2 days per week.
May 25, 2008. - I am still at the same weigth, in spite of fasting two days a week. I have noticed that I am finally now decreasing the total amount of food I am now eating, so I know the calorie count is now going down. I am going to now start a Hatha Yoga regimen, to enhance the further loss of weight.
I do feel much better, even if I still have the same weight. My blood pressure seems to have normalized at 120/80.
