eat higgh in nutrician food, eat very little. dont eat anything with lots of fat or suger so the boddy could use the fat stored up in ur body. eat only when ur hungry a snac. never a meal. dont excersice it will only make u hungry. just dont sit on ur buttt allll dday. clean ur house. i did this and i lost about 15 pounds in one month… good luck. btw only diet for short period of time then go back to ur normal and see how ur deit works in the long run….

I tried many different way to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing way. It works just amazing and I lost my weight easy after I got right way.
