As someone who has fasted (inspired by Brad’s writings), I can categorically say that I have NOT lost LBM, and in fact retained it AND increased energy etc.
I would encourage people not look at Brad’s writings critically, as I would for anyone’s writings, but a scammer Pilon is not.

However, I have never claimed to a be a doctor and certainly do not appreciate being called a scammer.
So while I appreciate your enthusiasm for the subject, I humbly request that you at least understand who I am and what my philosophy is before you so angrily attack me.

This guy is wrong. When you fast your body attacks muscle first, as it expends more energy than fat. Your body wants to cling to fat. There IS stravation mode. Dr. Oz has said this.
Dr. Oz says to lose weight 100 calories LESS a day, to trick your body. There IS starvation mode.
Brad Pilon is NOT a doctor.
