I need to lose weight and I dont want to do a diet like south beach or any crap like that I'm looking for a life changing way to eat. I was told about high protein diet but that's mostly for building athletes and people like that. I want something for fat loss.

    Fresh is the best diet. Try and avoid stuff that comes pre-packaged, since that's all preserved with salt and fat. If you commit to changing your lifestyle to incorporate more fresh food (ie. whole-grain breads, fresh produce, lean dairy and meat) it'll cut the fat etc. from your diet, and you'll end up losing weight. (By the way, protein is good in any diet because it makes you feel full–but not, like, bacon and sausages… I stick to lean protein like chicken breasts and pork chops since those are so lean.)

    You have to do one of the following (Not both!!!)

    Eliminate most of the fat from your diet

    Or

    Eliminate most of the carbs from your diet.

    Pick the one that suits you best. The one that you feel you could sustain as a permanent way of eating.

    I took off 35 pounds 15 years ago and haven't gained a pound back by taking out most of the fat in my diet. How did I do it? Skim milk, Don't eat egg yolks, lean ground beef and chicken, and little to no fat in anything else that comes from a box or a can.

    I also work out 3 times a week and do at least 40 minutes of cardio.

    You should also try spreading out your food across 5 meals during the day, not three. It will fool your body into burning more calories.

    Last tip - You have to make this an everyday way of living your life. So you are going to have to keep some of the things you like in your diet.

    This has to be the way you eat for the rest of your life - not a temporary event. It won't last that way.

    One more thing: Don't eat things that have high fat and high carbs in them!! They are lethal for most of us: Peanut butter crackers, spaghetti with very high fat content in the sauce, etc.

    I have just what you are looking for.

    I have researched a long time on this subject and tried experiments on myself and put together the "burn body fat fast diet" .

    well not diet but actually nutritional system :P.

    I think that you might like it because instead of being very restrictive, it tells you what healthy foods to focus on.

    If I would have to classify it I would say it is a moderate protein, moderate carbs and good fats added diet.

    And best of all it is free. if it's so good why free you ask?? :P well because i am sick and tired of those herbalife and other shady book pushing affiliat marketing individuals. look, one even posted an answer to your question.

    Just track the calories in the foods you eat every day, and make sure you're eating 500 calories less per day than what you're burning through exercise.
