I have a horrible metabolism and i really want to lose my stomach fat fast. What are some types of foods that will help my metabolism get stronger…or just help me lose weight without going on a diet??
To speed up your metabolism it is best to eat 5 small meals a day - this way your body will be encourage to metabolise the food it gets and it won’t hold on to it which is the case when meals are few and inconsistent.
Also make sure the meals consist of a good mix of protein, carbs & healthy fats

You need to start drinking a lot more water. You need to eating less fatty foods like cheese and food that is sweet on the tooth and useless for your metabolism.
Start using smaller plates also, this may seems simple but it works.
Start using weights also.

I’m not sure if you’re the type of person who eats a lot of vegetables, but the best thing for a slow metabolism is to eat things like salad and fruits and vegetables. There is the same amount of calories in a tiny bowl of pasta as there is in a giant bowl of salad. The thing is to trick your body into thinking that it is eating more than it actually is. Your metabolism may be slow, but it’ll be okay because when you think that you are hungry your body will actually be hungry if what you eat is low in calories.
