i have to be carefull cause i am about to have a major back operation so i can treally excercise the surgeon said to try to loose a bit of weight i am not fat! but i need to loose about a stone quick.

    dont worry,..it can work if you cant exercise but a lil slower,.drink green tea!! any brand is fine.do eat breakfast like on eapple or sumthing ,its may sound disgusting but believe me i used to skip breakfast,at first it worked but then it didnt.because ur sugar level in the morn is low.if you dont eat anything,metabolism gets slower and slower until u eat SOMETHING,
    spread ur food throught the day.eat small portions…control your diet AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.
    drink 3 glasses of protein drink in water.that makes up for ur lost nutrients
    drink 3ltrs of water atleast.and for something spicy,..just take egg whites..NOT THE YOLK its has max cals.
    and saute it or sprinkle it with spices.
