I'm 136 lbs, 5'5, and I want to lose a wee bit of weight like 5-7 lbs.
Controlling my food is really hard, I don't really eat like tons of pasta, pizza, and chocolate like that, I just really like to eat.
I jump rope, run in place, and do leg excersises and stuff, but I need more tips.
Thanks, and i only have about a month to lose about 5 pounds..or a little more.
I love eating food too.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

When you are shopping for food try to find the things that are high in fiber, low in fat, and low in calories. This is basically the point of the Weight Watcher's plan. Fruits and veggies are awesome-you can pretty much eat what you want. When you do eat try to stick with measuring out a portion using a measuring cup or scale. Drink plenty of water and exercising is great but it takes a lot of exercise to burn off a sweet dessert or candy bar. Keep a food diary and write down exactly what goes in your mouth. You will be surprised how much does go in that we really don't think about until it's in writing. You will then notice how much is taken in in a day. It's quite shocking. I have lost 30 pounds so far doing this diet and I think it teaches good habits to continue for maintenance as well.

hm…well it looks like you are doing well, though, when it comes to exercising. if you want you can do sit-ups/stomach-crunches every night. it helps me flatten my stomach often. not always, but 90% of the time, even if it is only for a temporary time.
um…do you check the nutritional facts of what you're eating? try not to eat anything with over 150 calories unless it's a full meal or something. look in the ingredients. do you see enriched flour, sugar, fructose, glucose, maltose, or anything with the suffix "-ose"? if you see a lot of those things, that means that the food you're about to eat is packed with sugar! stay away from it. it's bad for you.
also, don't be disappointed if you don't lose all 5 pounds in just one month. after all, it is just one month. its really hard to lose even one pound a week!
hope this helped!
