Im glad your doing these videos and I think the added humor was a great Idea and one little question Im wondering your secrete to drinking the right amount of water I try to like for about 4 or 5 days I can drink nothing but water but soon as that sixth day comes I find myself drinking coke or tea whats your advice on that.

Hard to say on the …
Hard to say on the weight without knowing how tall you are. Most of the women in the industry seem to be 5′4″ to 5′6″ so I’ll guess you are in there somewhere. I’ll say 125-130 pounds. I know it has to vary on/off season. I sure wish I put on muscle more quickly and that mine was as visable. Takes me a lot of time and hard work since I am 5′9″! I’ve made progress though and I greatly admire you and other women in the fitness industry.
