How much weight can I lose if I run for two consecutive weeks in the morning? Any recommendations from anyone for losing belly fat and how to tone upper part of arms?
I don't drink soda at all, I watch my food. It's real noticeable when I lose weight within the first two weeks.
There's no way for me to tell you how much you'll lose. For toning upper arms specifically, do pushups, bicep curls, and triceps extensions.
Here's a few things you can do to get in shape:
1. Eat six small, healthy meals per day. Breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking up. Stop drinking soda.
2. When you eat, keep serving sizes in mind. A snack with only 100 calories isn't too healthy when you eat three servings at a time.
3. Keep up the cardio. Remember to switch up intensity and duration. I suggest running, that's my favorite. Don't run every day, though. Alternate with swimming or biking, etc.
4. Incorporate a good core routine (planks, sit ups, leg raises, and some lower back exercises), pushups, pull ups, squats.
5. I get a lot of stuff from runnersworld.com, they have running plans and workout videos.
Do all that and you'll look good.

Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, some would declare impossible, however the only thing that definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off thrity pounds, it definitely does work!

I had a surplus of fat in all the wrong zones until I tried acai berry, I understand they say that pills do not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on CBS News too. There's a free trial on right now at http://ussedablit.desi.me.uk , give it a try, what is the worst that could happen?

running will burn fat, but a good diet is the key. you must watch what u eat as well. limit cals and carbs, and avoid simple carbs and sugars altogether.
but u wont lose much at all in 2 weeks, it takes time, 5 lbs maybe, if u really bust ur butt

My personal trainer told me I have to run everyday for at least 45 min. to one hour….
and it has been helping me.
I try all exercises, but running is the one has been helping me the most

Spot reduction is a myth it's not possible. You need to lose overall body fat. As far as running to lose it depends on how fast you're running if your sprinting or jogging. And of course how much you're eating. Counting calories is a must as you keep track of all you eat and drink.
To tone upper arms you can do push ups for the triceps and weight training. Do bicep curls with dumb bells, barbells, cables and do tricep kick backs, tricep extensions with dumb bells. Use a weight that you can still keep strict form for best results.
