❤ Young Coconut Celery Cucumber Spinach Green Juice ❤

**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have. :D

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

— 2) Run celery, cucumber and spinach through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

— 3) Combine juice with the coconut water and add ice, if desired.

Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen - and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen. Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area nearest the muscle, in this case the waist area.

What’s up my YouTube Family!! I had the cut the intro to this video because it was too long, lol. But anyway, I’ve been hearing from a lot of people who are having problems losing weight on different exercise programs (not just Beachbody customers). Are you reading the nutritional guides? Are you following the advice being given in the materials that come in the package? Part of losing weight means being informed fam. So I thought I’d just give some tips that helped me while I was on Power 90. I’m not a fitness expert and don’t claim to be one, but these are things which I did that helped me to lose 28lbs. I haven’t changed my eating habits much since finishing Power 90 and have lost a total of 36lbs so far. I hope this helps you out. You don’t have to agree with everything I’m saying, but I am going to tell you what I did to lose the weight. Stay up and Peace!!

I’ve seen other people do this on youtube and I thought this would be a good way for me to document my process. I am 20 years old, 5′ 10″, waist size 42 inches, and weigh 181 pounds. I’ve been overweight my whole life. My heaviest was 210. I didn’t realize how bad my weight problem was until I saw this video. I look so bad from behind! My goal weight is 150 and I’m trying to lose 2 pounds a day. So hopefully in 2 months I will look completely different! Please comment! I want to hear from others who are or have been like me. Please don’t be mean because I know I’m fat. I am doing this the old fashioned way: eating smaller, healthier portions, running on the treadmill, and cardio dance.

My friend Dave the raw food truck driver tells his story of how he came from the brink of death to heal himself of several diseases including colon cancer, type II diabetes, kidney disease, with the consumption of raw foods. Not to mention his amazing weight loss of 178 pounds over the last 16 months, and he’s not stopping there. He is going to go ALL the way with his health, and wants YOU too as well. This guy is a TRUE SUPERHERO!!

Dave is on Day 13 of a juice feast and he feels fantastic! 34 days is the longest he has ever juice feasted, and his goal for this one is a 64 day juice feast. Although he says he will still be listening to his body and will stop sooner if that is what his body tells him to do! He is currently basing most of his juices with powdered mixes such as BarleyMax, so he can more easily stick to the plan while on the road. He feels the BarleyMax gives him a real kick!

Dave is also now thrilled to finally be fitting into a size 42 pant, after being stuck in a 44 pant for awhile. Even if this means that the rate of his weight loss might be slowing, he still just knows he needs to continue on, and “stay as organic, raw & vegan as possible!”

Dave says he feels energetically alive!

Dave was also happy to share how he has been helping others out: he recently met with 4 people who have cancer, followed by 4 people who have insulin-resistant diabetes. Dave says that he feels so blessed to be able to help people, by simply sharing with them his personal experience of how he cured himself of colon cancer and diabetes!

And Dave healed himself of these ailments, all through the healing power of juices & raw foods…whole fruits & vegetables, partnered with primarily vegetable juicing. When not using the BarleyMax powdered juice mix, he focuses on raw vegetable juice recipes made with dark, leafy greens, as well as celery. If he should ever add any fruit, he sticks with the low-glycemic fruits such as cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers– yes, those are all technically fruits!

Dave believes that such juices have some type of life force healing energy…perhaps from the chlorophyll, from the fact that the enzymes and everything in them is raw and living, and/or the energetics of each unique type of vegetable or fruit.
