I was tagged by a 3 people to answer these 3 questions about my weight loss journey.
These are my answers.
I filmed this whilst on a trip into the Apple iStore in Sydney. Thought I would take you on the journey in there just to make it a little more interesting.
Vlogging in public is………..difficult but kinda liberating try it some day.

And yes another Cupcake was harmed. Get used to it guys its therapy for me. :)

**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have. :D

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

— 2) Run celery, cucumber and spinach through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

— 3) Combine juice with the coconut water and add ice, if desired.

Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen - and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen. Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area nearest the muscle, in this case the waist area.
