Got this up 2 days late,1 day after filming and without editing, but I’ve been busy and I wouldn’t have gotten it up if I tried to edit.

EASY - Walk 1 Mile or 20 Minutres, Jog 1/4 Mile or 2 minutes, Bike (If Available) 5 Minutes
MEDIUM- Walk 1 1/2 Miles, Jog 1 mile or 8 minutes, Bike (If Available) 8-10 Minutes
HARD - Walk 2 Miles, Jog/Run 2-4 Miles or 15-20 Minutes, Bike (If Available) 15 Minutes
** Traithlon - Walk 2 Miles, Jog/Run 5-7 Miles or 30-40 Minutes, Bike (If Available) 20-30 Minutes
Youn can split these into intervals for a good workout, like run half a mile then walk for 30 seconds, then bike for 2-3 minutes.
